The Organization Organization is very excited to announce another new team member – Moriah Chatman. She is our Pinterest Curator (you can thank her for any cute and useful organizing pins you find on our Pinterest page) and will be contributing to our blog once a month. Who is she? Find out below!
I used to have binders for EVERYTHING. I had clipped pictures, torn out magazine pages and jotted down ideas for everything from my wedding to my dream home. I accumulated a lot of the worst kind of clutter – paper clutter! You know the kind that stacks and then annoyingly falls at some point. How do you store this stuff? How do you edit it? God forbid you lose it or (more likely in my case) spill hot chocolate on it.
But then one day, sweet baby Jesus heard my prayer…He understood my desire to plan my entire life meticulously, even though it’s not up to me in the end, and He sympathized with the struggle bus that is keeping that plan organized and safe. Thus, Pinterest was born!
Okay maybe that’s not exactly true, but the real story is quite inspiring if you care to read it. I wholeheartedly agree with Pinterest founder and CEO, Ben Silbermann, on these very important points:
The things you collect say so much about you. Your Pinterest boards can make a HUGE statement about who you are and what you want out of life!
You should have an avenue to plan the most important things in your life and why shouldn’t that avenue be accessible from anywhere and available to be edited at any time?
That avenue should spur you to action – get out and do the things you love!
And it won’t hurt anyone to find beautiful things along the way that you didn’t even know you were looking for.
You’re here because you’re looking to be more organized and less stressed. Well let’s see if one of my favorite tools can help you do those things! My goal is to find the best pins out there and inspire you with simple ways to lead a more organized life.
Already in love with Pinterest, but too overwhelmed to execute any of your pins? That’s what we’re here for! The Organization Organization will turn your pinspirations into a reality – contact us to book a consultation today.
In addition to pinning and DIYing, I’m a dancing, traveling, adventurous, book nerd and competitive martial artist from Houston, TX with a degree in Business Marketing. I’m not quite a foodie, but I sure do love food (cajun is my favorite). I volunteer regularly and support causes that promote the arts and youth development. I listen to all kinds of music and dance to it too. Find out more about my passions through my my Pinterest boards.
